IT Client Support Technician

You would be joining a team whose purpose is to provide an exceptional team experience in the use of technology across the cooperative with specific focus on deploying, maintaining, supporting and securing devices, software and conferencing environments.
Skills and abilities that are required to perform this position successfully:
- Experience with end-user support both remote and in person
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Domain and Office 365 environments
- Expertise in PC, Tablet, Cell Phone diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
- Exceptional Customer Service mindset
Skills and abilities in these areas are highly preferred to make an impact quickly:
- CompTIA A+, ITF+, Network+, etc or similar certifications
- Fundamental working knowledge of Active Directory
- Fundamental working knowledge of Networking concepts
- Dell KACE (K1000/K2000) experience
- Ability to deliver technical training
